5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform:

5.1 Payment Processing

Revolut processes payments on our behalf. When you make a payment, Revolut collects and processes your payment card details directly. We do not store your full card details. 5.2 Authentication

FusionAuth provides secure authentication services. Your login credentials are managed securely through industry-standard protocols (OpenID Connect). FusionAuth stores your email, name, and authentication data.

5.3 File Storage

Cloudflare R2 stores uploaded files such as pet photographs and vaccination documents. Files are stored securely with access controls and encryption.

5.4 Mapping Services

5.5 Search Services

Typesense powers our hotel search functionality. Search queries are processed to return relevant results but are not used to identify individual users.

6. Data Sharing

We share your data only in the following circumstances:

6.1 With Pet Hotels

When you make a booking, we share relevant information with the pet hotel, including your name, contact details, pet information, and booking requirements. This is necessary to fulfil the booking service.

6.2 Service Providers

We share data with the third-party service providers listed above, solely for the purposes of operating our platform.

6.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose data if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
